Residence: In 1881 he was living at 13 Market Place, Guisborough, Yorkshire. His mother was born in Ash, Shropshire and his parents married in Whitchurch, Shropshire and lived there in their early married life before moving to Yorkshire.
Employment: He was a farmer at the time he enlisted.
Death: 1930 in Brixworth, Northamptonshire
