Born: In 1877 in Whitchurch, Shropshire and was baptised on 4 November the same year in St. Alkmund’s Parish Church, Whitchurch.
Family: He was the youngest of four children born to John Heatley, a domestic coachman, and his wife Mary. No marriage can be confirmed for Frederick.
Residence: At the time of his baptism the family were living in Bargates, Whitchurch where they continued to live until at least 1881. In 1891 they were living at 9 Yardington, Whitchurch and in 1901 at 44 Bargates, Whitchurch.
Employment: In 1901 he was a journeyman plumber.
Death: Possibly 4 August 1938 in Caistor, Lincolnshire.
